1、全球IT硬件资产审计核查：统筹国内外各业务站点全品类IT硬件资产专项审计、实地盘点、真实性与合规性核查，包含台式机、笔记本、服务器、交换机、路由器、防火墙、打印机、监控设备、外设配件、机房硬件、备用周转IT设备等，输出标准化审计报告、账实差异分析及风险结论，保障全球IT硬件资产账实相符、权属清晰、状态可追溯； 2、全球化IT硬件内控治理体系搭建与外包管理：梳理适配跨国经营的IT硬件资产生产管理控流程、内控节点、权限规范、盘点机制，统一全球IT硬件资产入库、领用、调拨、转借、变更、维修、报废、盘点全流程标准与验收口径，结合集团全球化业务发展节奏，制定并迭代适配多区域、多场景的IT硬件资产生产管理控流程与标准化体系，统一全球全流程作业规范，适配业务规模化拓展需求，明确全球IT硬件资产盘点、审计、核查的服务准入标准，区分BPO、TPA、FTE等不同执行主体的作业边界、设备盘点范围、验收标准与成果采信规则，严格把控第三方IT硬件盘点、运维核查的交付质量，杜绝漏盘、错盘、数据造假问题； 3、跨国IT资产风险识别与整改闭环：识别国际站点IT硬件资产生产管理、盘点执行、台账更新、资产闲置、违规领用、处置不规范、第三方运维盘点（BPO/TPA/FTE）过程中的内控漏洞、资产流失风险、合规风险与成本浪费风险，推动问题溯源整改、流程优化、长效管控机制落地； 4、多主体协同与全球化落地：对接国际当地业务团队、第三方服务商、国内总部风控/财务/运营体系，完成跨国审计协同、现场核查、资料核验、结果对齐，适配国际当地经营环境与合规要求； 5、IT资产数据沉淀与体系迭代：持续优化全球IT硬件资产审计治理体系、盘点SOP、风险台账、审计模板，搭建IT硬件资产数据分析模型，输出月度/季度/年度全球IT资产治理复盘报告，支撑集团全球化IT硬件资产智能化、精细化、低成本管控升级。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、审计、风控、资产管理、工商管理、数学、统计学、计算机等相关专业，3-5年以上IT硬件资产审计治理工作经验，有跨国/国际站点审计落地经验优先； 2、具备全球化工作思维与跨国协同能力，熟悉全球资产管理、审计基本逻辑，可适配多国家、多时区、多团队的跨文化沟通与落地执行； 3、精通IT硬件资产全生命周期管理、实地盘点、账实核对、内控核查、风险排查，熟悉终端、机房、网络类各类IT硬件资产的管控要点、折旧规则、闲置判定、报废合规要求及常见资产风险点； 4、具备第三方审计/盘点供应商管理经验，能够区分、审核、采信BPO/TPA/FTE不同主体的盘点成果，具备标准化验收与质量管控能力； 5、逻辑清晰、数据敏感度高，具备独立开展专项审计、输出专业报告、推动跨部门整改闭环的能力，可接受短期国际出差； 6、具备优秀的数据处理、数理分析与逻辑建模能力，擅长通过数据清洗、批量比对、统计分析挖掘IT硬件资产账实差异、闲置冗余、流失异常、区域管控漏洞；熟练运用各类AI工具、自动化脚本、智能化数据分析平台赋能IT资产审计工作，智能化内控体系搭建经验者优先，持有CPA、CIA、IT内控、信息安全相关证书为加分项。
