1、深入理解会议室音视频业务场景、音视频设备硬件和运维流程，参与日常运维、工单及告警响应及常见故障的排查、恢复与验证，结合设备状态、日志、指标和工单信息分析问题，沉淀故障处理场景化案例； 2、参与业务线数据质量建设，围绕会议体验、设备健康、故障、告警、工单及流程数据开展监控和定期分析，识别异常与趋势，分析指标变化与运营动作之间的关联，提出告警治理、巡检、流程优化和重复故障治理等策略，跟踪措施落地及指标改善，推动业务持续精细化运营； 3、参与音视频域项目运营，围绕目标拆解并跟进计划、里程碑、风险、验收与复盘，协调相关团队推进交付，结合专项指标与过程数据识别问题、提出优化策略并跟踪落地，推动交付目标和专项指标达成； 4、参与会议室音视频建设项目的现场验收与交付验证，依据建设及验收标准检查设备配置、关键功能和会议体验，跟进发现项整改，协助维护验收标准、设备清单、操作指引和知识文档。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信、统计、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的数据敏感度和数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Python等数据分析工具，能够完成数据提取、清洗、分析和可视化；熟悉常用BI工具，能够独立搭建和维护数据看板，并基于数据形成清晰结论； 3、对音视频设备、计算机网络或企业IT服务有兴趣，愿意深入理解业务场景、设备原理和运维流程，具备良好的动手能力和基础故障排查意识； 4、逻辑清晰，学习和适应能力强；面对陌生问题能够快速理解、抓住重点，并拆解为可执行的行动； 5、沟通协调能力强，具备运营意识和结果意识，能够围绕目标推动计划和协作事项落地； 6、主动性强，责任心强，愿意提出想法并主动验证、推进落地；有数据分析、项目运营相关实习经历者优先。
