1、负责建设及优化IT服务质量管理及治理体系，定期审查和评估IT服务绩效指标，分析数据趋势并制定相应的改进计划，持续提升服务管理流程运营质量及数据质量； 2、作为服务管理流程负责人参与服务管理核心流程全球化运营，包括不限于重大事件管理、变更管理、问题管理、告警管理、基线管理等核心流程运营及持续优化； 3、作为IT服务管理团队的核心成员，参与设计优化IT服务管理机制流程（包括但不限于ITIL）和框架，确保IT服务质量、效率和用户体验的持续提升； 4、协同设计、开发和实施IT服务管理策略，定义标准化IT服务、服务所有者、服务关联和差异化的SLA要求； 5、作为服务管理相关工具的业务负责人，协同完成IT服务管理工具的业务规划及需求管理； 6、推进AI在IT服务管理中的应用及落地，驱动IT服务自动化及智能化水平的持续提升。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备5年以上IT服务管理体系建设和优化的经验，有互联网IT服务管理相关工作经验优先； 3、英文流利，可以对接多个区域和地区，推动项目落地，有全球IT项目落地经验者优先； 4、具备一种或多种IT相关业务的技术认知和经验，包括一二线服务台服务，系统、网络、安全、音视频、直播、IT建设和改造、IT资产等； 5、熟悉IT服务管理、项目管理、安全管控的基本方法和框架，熟悉一到两款主流IT服务管理工具。
