1、面向字节跳动广告转化用户，聚焦商业化生态和安全领域的用户权益保障运营； 2、行业保障机制建设：包括设计不同行业的广告保障项、投诉标准、投诉判责标准、赔付标准等，满足用户、广告主、平台等多方诉求； 3、服务体验优化：负责服务流程、判责流程、赔付流程等环节的服务方案优化，搭建有效的体验监控体系，驱动服务解决率、满意度等核心体验指标优化； 4、上游体验反哺：能够对用户进线进行归因分析，不断提高并优化现有服务链路与业务流程； 5、服务智能化提升：在智能/人工客服、服务工单等核心场景应用Agent能力，搭建有效的评测体系，提升服务智能化水平。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有客服体系下服务体验和效率运营相关实习经验优先； 3、有优秀的数据分析和对复杂问题进行策略制定的能力，能够策略性思考，有效判断解决方法的效果； 4、善用资源，能够有效协同相关方推动复杂问题解决达成既定目标，有改变行业的自信和决心。
