1、售前咨询与客户管理； 1）结合平台产品能力及行业诉求，输出覆盖入驻、开发、经营全流程的小程序或AI智能体解决方案，推动内外部资源协同与合作落地； 2）对开发者开展客户关系维护、开发进度跟踪、能力需求挖掘的精细化管理，提供技术对接、内容指导、运营策略、权益申请等多维度支持，协助落地经营方案，加速上线流程并促进经营效果达成； 2、产品运营与生态建设； 1）挖掘产品能力的新增需求、优化需求并识别规则问题，与行业运营、产品、研发、治理、销售等角色信息对齐，推动产品内测与全量推广工作； 2）筛选业内优质开发者联合打造标杆案例，通过行业宣发扩大案例影响力，推动平台小程序/AI应用生态的建设与升级。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、有互联网运营（用户/产品）、项目管理或抖音生态相关经验者优先； 3、具备创新思维，主动挖掘业务机会点、拆解业务问题，能基于客户需求、经营数据输出结构化分析报告或解决方案； 4、具备优秀的跨部门沟通推动能力，可协调产品、研发、行业运营等资源解决客户问题，高效对接客户需求并推动方案落地； 5、熟悉小程序或AI智能体的开发及应用场景，有相关项目实践者优先（如小程序运营、AI工具搭建）。
