1、负责商业化场景下多模态内容理解基础技术，覆盖全模态全体裁广告理解、行业知识图谱、流量理解、用户意图识别等，为广告投放、创意优选、内容审核等业务提供高质量的语义Embedding表征与明文标签体系； 2、探索多模态进阶能力在商业化场景的落地应用，包括但不限于多模态RAG、视觉CoT、多模态Agent、多模态Reward Model等，充分发挥多模态大模型在广告创意理解、商品内容解析、用户意图识别等商业化特色任务上的推理能力； 3、探索内容理解与多模态生成大模型的协同演进路径，推动理解-生成一体化模型在商业化内容生产与优化中的应用，协同优化理解/生成大模型与投放系统； 4、跟踪行业前沿技术进展，探索Deep Research、Multi Agent等新技术在商业化场景的研究与落地，产出具有行业影响力的研究成果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备扎实的编程能力，熟练使用Python/C++，熟练掌握PyTorch深度学习框架； 3、具备扎实的机器学习与数理基础，对大语言模型（LLM）、多模态大模型（MLLM）、生成式模型（Diffusion/Flow-Matching）、强化学习（RL）、Agent等技术有深入理解； 4、在多模态内容理解领域有实战经验，熟悉以下方向中至少一个：视频/图像理解，多模态融合与跨模态检索、对齐，多模态大模型训练、微调与评估； 5、有广告、电商、推荐等商业化场景内容理解经验，或有国际顶级会议论文、GitHub作品等公开成果，或Kaggle、ACM等算法比赛获奖者优先； 6、具备良好的技术钻研精神与创新意识。
