1、针对字节跳动商业化业务，展开广告行业及广告产品安全策略相关分析与研究，前置性识别业务风险； 2、持续追踪行业发展，敏锐捕捉竞争环境、市场变化、机会点及风险点，深入理解行业风险变化，梳理风险策略行业最佳实践等信息，产出行业专项研究报告； 3、对AI技术及应用有好奇心，可以在工作流程&环节中应用AI技术及应用提质提效。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备互联网商业分析/战略/产品、咨询公司或投研机构实习经验的优先； 3、有较强的逻辑思维结构，具备数据处理和研究分析能力，熟练掌握办公软件； 4、优秀的学习能力、组织协调能力以及高度的责任心，对参与业务、快速成长有激情。
