日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与达人营销活动的产品设计与策划，包括活动玩法设计、报名/任务/审核/结算全流程产品化、活动页面搭建，输出PRD、流程图并推动研发上线；协助策划各类达人营销活动（行业主题活动、节点大促、商家联合营销等），结合商家需求与达人生态特点，设计活动机制与激励方案； 2、负责达人侧活动运营产品能力建设，包括达人招募、分层触达、任务进度管理、内容审核与数据回收等环节的效率提升； 3、跟踪活动数据（报名率、内容产出量、播放/互动、GMV转化、ROI等），协助完成活动复盘，输出优化建议并推动下一轮迭代； 4、对接运营、商家、达人等多方需求，梳理活动标准化流程与可复用的活动模板，提升活动策划与执行效率；参与产品及行业达人营销活动调研，输出分析报告，为活动玩法创新提供参考。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，市场营销、广告学、传播学、统计学相关专业优先； 2、实习期不少于3个月（3-6个月），对达人营销、内容种草有浓厚兴趣，熟悉平台的达人生态与热门营销玩法； 3、有活动策划、产品运营、营销相关实习经验者优先，有达人/MCN/电商/本地生活行业经历者优先； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，能从数据中发现问题并提出优化方向； 5、自驱力强，善于跨团队沟通协作，能同时推进多个活动项目。

加分项 1、有达人营销活动、挑战赛、话题活动等相关产品或运营经验； 2、熟练使用Axure、Figma等原型工具； 3、对本地生活行业（餐饮、酒旅、到综等）有一定认知； 4、有MCN机构、达人经纪相关实习经历； 5、具备一定的活动视觉审美与交互敏感度。
