1、参与公司层面的预算制定和管理，监测关键业财指标进展和预算执行情况，发现和预警财务风险，为公司管理层提供决策支持； 2、通过对业务发展的判断，产出有洞察力的财务分析，识别关键的业务和财务趋势，建立长短期财务预测，并提供有关增长机会和风险的建议； 3、负责财务报告和分析，向管理层和相关合作方提供准确、及时的财务信息和具有前瞻性的决策建议； 4、协调各部门，推动财务关键项目落地，不断改进和优化财务规划与分析流程，提高效率和准确性。

1、5年以上财务相关工作经验，包括如下一项或多项：企业财务BP或FPA，战略/经营分析，或一级市场投资管理或交易服务经验； 2、能够独立思考，具备出色的逻辑思维能力，能洞察关键问题，进行基于假设的数据分析，善于将复杂的财务数据转化为易于理解的见解和建议，简明清晰地呈现表述； 3、有优秀的合作意识，善于进行跨部门协同；有扎实的项目管理能力，熟悉财务产品基建，能够制定有效解决方案，识别潜在卡点，推动项目落地； 4、有好奇心，自我驱动，善于学习，积极乐观，充满热情； 5、英语可作为工作语言。
