日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与全球客户激励平台相关产品规划和设计，包括政策配置、客户报名、执行跟踪、结算及数据分析的业务模块； 2、深入理解广告业务及企业运营流程，参与业务调研、需求分析及产品方案设计； 3、与研发、设计、数据、运营等团队紧密合作，推动产品方案落地并持续优化用户体验； 4、通过数据分析发现业务问题，评估产品效果，支持产品迭代； 5、参与AI产品探索，结合LLM、智能问答、工作流自动化等技术，提升企业运营效率和用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，计算机、信息、数学、统计、经济、管理相关专业优先； 2、对互联网产品有浓厚兴趣，对复杂业务有好奇心，愿意深入理解业务本质； 3、逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题分析和结构化思考能力； 4、有良好的沟通表达能力，能够与不同职能团队协作推进项目； 5、对数据敏感，具备一定的数据分析能力，有SQL基础更佳； 6、对AI、大语言模（LLM）、Agent或企业软件方向有兴趣，有相关实践经验者优先。

加分项： 1、有互联网产品、数据分析或企业软件相关实习经历； 2、熟悉SQL、Python等数据分析工具； 3、使用过ChatGPT、Cursor、Claude等AI工具，并尝试过将AI应用于学习、开发或产品设计； 4、有广告平台、商业化产品、B2B SaaS或企业数字化相关经验。
