1、跨职能协作与产品开发：与业务合作伙伴搭建高效的跨职能协作关系，深入理解业务战略与风险敞口，共同开发嵌入式保险产品与服务、共同维护理赔报案标准操作流程（SOP）； 2、风险转移工具管理：与团队协作，确保风险转移工具结构合理、成本可控、合规且符合合同义务要求； 3、资源协调与成本控制：协调开展自保公司保单安排及其他风险缓释、成本控制手段，统筹内外部风险管理及风险转移资源（包括保险公司、保险经纪及其他服务供应商），管控成本并提升运营效率； 4、全球保险理赔管理：协助全球各类保险项目（如财产险、责任险）的理赔管理工作，与当地保险经纪及公估公司合作，对接保险公司推进理赔流程； 5、风险成本分析体系开发：协助开发报表与分析体系，实现公司整体风险成本的可视化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上风险与保险相关工作经验，包括企业风险管理、保险承保管理、初创型保险企业业务规模化运营、采购等相关经验； 2、对保险与风险管理领域有强烈好奇心和求知欲，愿意持续学习成长； 3、具备创业精神，能够在不确定性中开展工作，且关注细节； 4、具备项目管理和组织能力，能够合理设定优先级安排工作、应对多任务需求； 5、英语可作为工作语言； 6、接受国际差旅。
