日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：团队负责字节跳动中国音乐业务，包括流媒体汽水音乐，抖音音乐、版权内容等相关业务，我们致力于成为具有影响力的音乐平台，成为让用户最容易发现音乐、了解音乐、进行音乐表达和创作、围绕音乐交流的社区。

1、推进音乐团队资源释放，做好和各方歌曲收集对接、资源释放、资源的提报与统计； 2、支持日常音乐推广任务的执行及沟通，收集客户反馈，辅助产品任务迭代； 3、识别抖音音乐营销账号，提升抖音音乐推广账号识别效率，支持音乐推广账号的引入和维护； 4、洞察平台音乐热点趋势，明确热点内容提报规范，辅助搭建宣推输送机制。

1、本科及以上学历在读，音乐、影视、文化艺术产业等相关专业优先； 2、逻辑思维缜密，有较强的执行力、数据分析能力、沟通表达及学习能力； 3、有产品运营、达人运营、内容运营、音乐营销相关实习经历优先； 4、熟悉音乐市场，对网络内容、音乐具备高敏感度，熟悉热点、关心行业动态； 5、稳定性强，每周在岗时间5天，可实习时间6个月及以上。
