1、负责人审流程诊断与优化：基于链路数据与一线反馈，定位策略链路问题、效率瓶颈与潜在风险点，输出并跟进优化方案落地； 2、负责人审队列与分流策略设计：结合内容类型、风险等级与审核指标等维度，协助设计/优化人审队列规则与调度策略，提升人审资源利用率与处理效率； 3、数据分析与指标运营：跟进审核时效、积压、命中率、申诉/复审等指标，进行异常排查与归因分析，推动策略与流程迭代闭环； 4、跨团队协同与项目推进：对接治理策略/标准/研发/审核团队，基于业务诉求与痛点，推动跨团队联动机制，保障项目按计划落地； 5、关注大模型在指标监控、辅助分析等场景应用，探索大模型能力融入人审策略设计、问题归因、效率提升等场景。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学/数学/计算机/信息管理/工业工程等相关专业优先； 2、对内容治理、风险识别与社区生态有基础认知与兴趣；数据分析能力扎实：能围绕审核时效、积压、命中率、申诉/复审等指标做分层分析、异常排查与归因；掌握SQL者优先； 3、具备较强的沟通协作与项目推进能力：能对齐多方诉求、拆解目标与计划、协调资源并推动落地，对结果负责； 4、逻辑清晰、学习能力强，能快速理解业务规则/风险类型，愿意深入一线理解审核链路与真实痛点；具备良好的结构化表达与文档能力（能输出策略方案/专题复盘）； 5、了解大模型在文本理解/抽取/分类/总结等方向的应用边界，能使用Prompt工程做辅助研判/提效尝试；有RAG/知识库检索辅助、评测集构建或负面案例归因相关实践者优先。
