1、反馈受理中台：深度掌握飞书项目产品功能，承接线上用户反馈，负责功能咨询答疑、Bug排查与问题定位，协调产品研发等内部资源推动问题解决，对用户反馈的全链路闭环负责； 2、KA服务专家：面向重点客户提供专属服务支持，协助实施/CSM团队输出场景化解决方案，推进专项支持项目落地、客户使用场景拓展及增购转化，持续提升客户对产品与服务的满意度； 3、产品培训支持：参与面向客户的产品培训交付，涵盖通用功能使用、管理员配置等主题，确保培训内容清晰易懂、有效落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上B端SaaS产品客户服务/客户成功/实施/售后支持/技术支持相关经验，具备强烈的主动服务意识，能有效维护客情关系； 3、良好的沟通表达与情绪管理能力，既能准确理解客户业务场景并高效沟通问题； 4、优秀的学习能力，能快速上手复杂项目管理产品；逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题分析与排查能力，能拆解复杂问题并定位根因。

加分项： 1、熟悉ERP或项目管理类SaaS工具，持有PMP、信息系统项目管理师等证书优先； 2、了解API等技术概念，具备基础技术理解力，能与研发团队顺畅沟通； 3、具备一定的数据分析能力，或有AI产品相关实践经验。
