课题介绍： 字节财经团队专注解决金融场景中智能Agent、实时语音交互、智能风控等应用的技术挑战，通过在金融场景的大模型领域后训练与微调，实现金融Agent智能助手的长历史上下文的记忆、金融级别的指令遵循、支持多模态输入输出、低延迟实时语音对话生成、大模型对系统信息感知和个性化对话等能力，以及针对AIGC的伪造内容进行攻防、结合大模型和深度学习的全新的风控建模等。

课题挑战： 1、支持领域知识注入的端到端文本和语音生成问题； 2、领域知识注入的大模型后训练和对齐； 3、Multi Agent System中的智能决策与系统感知； 4、基于宏观经济和结构化数据的智能风控建模。

课题价值： 1、支持领域知识注入的实时语音对话模型； 2、金融场景的通用智能助手，提升财经各业务场景的GMV和转化率，同时提升用户体验； 3、搭建金融风控场景的Agent，提升对风控业务的预测准确率及优化模型性能。

1、2027届毕业，获得博士学位，人工智能、大模型、NLP相关专业优先； 2、优秀的代码能力，掌握常见编程语言和算法，熟悉PyTorch或TF等机器学习编程框架； 3、在大模型、RAG、智能对话或搜索等方向要求有丰富的实践经验，在ACL/EMNLP/SIGIR/WWW等顶级期刊会议上发表论文者优先； 4、有大模型训练和微调经验的同学优先； 5、出色的问题分析和解决能力，有自主探索解决方案的能力；良好的沟通协作能力，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步； 6、出色的心理素质与应变能力，面对困难勇于迎接挑战；面对复杂局面沉着、冷静、灵活。
