1、负责电商稳定性平台规划设计，包括但不限于风险防控、监控告警、归因定位、预案平台、链路平台、成本平台，致力于构建高效的平台产品能力； 2、参与电商稳定性标准建设，挖掘电商核心子域痛点，并推动问题解决； 3、梳理用户的业务需求，调研行业发展趋势和业界产品，制定切实可行的产品策略； 4、负责平台产品的运营、推广、用户体验和反馈分析等工作，通过持续优化产品，提升满意度。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计学、计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的产品设计能力，能深入洞察用户需求和痛点，制定切实可行的产品方案，将复杂的业务需求转化为清晰、易用的产品功能，持续提升用户体验和满意度； 3、具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，同时对电商业务充满好奇心，具备强烈的学习欲望和快速学习的能力，能够紧跟电商行业发展趋势； 4、要求每周可实习4天以上，可实习4个月以上，能长期实习者优先。
