1、协助推动国际化短视频创作者营销与变现相关产品的规划与迭代，包括广告创意生产、创作者激励、生态建设、风控安全等方向； 2、关注海外市场趋势与客户需求变化，基于定性/定量调研获得用户洞察，探索新的产品机会； 3、与研发、设计、数据分析、运营等团队配合，推动产品功能从设计到落地上线； 4、协助品牌活动的执行与管理效果复盘，支持内部沟通与对外宣传材料，助力推动创意与创作者生态相关的产品战略。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、广告、市场营销、传媒等相关专业优先； 2、有产品经理实习经验或达人合作（如策略、运营、创作者管理等）或风控安全经验者优先； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、快速学习能力与商业理解力； 4、具有高度责任心、良好团队协作能力与自我驱动精神，能适应一定强度的工作节奏。
