1、参与抖音电商物流服务及解决方案设计，基于供给与商业诉求，设计适配业务场景的物流解决方案； 2、负责抖音电商发货履约工具产品设计工作，涵盖订单管理、电子面单、包裹中心、发货中心等模块的能力迭代与体系建设； 3、基于抖音电商商家经营场景，与行业运营、平台治理、商家成长等业务团队深度协同，持续提升商家经营效率；深入洞察电商商家、快递网点、仓储物流等多方角色痛点，结合行业趋势与技术能力，制定并落地产品策略； 4、深入洞察和理解用户诉求，参与发掘不同业务特点与模式下的物流服务机会点，为平台带来增量价值； 5、围绕抖音电商履约配送体验，通过数据分析洞察履约体验问题与风险，支持风险识别策略与AI研判等能力建设，驱动履约问题有效解决； 6、结合业务重心和目标，定期输出产品迭代规划，驱动业务目标达成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，物流、计算机、统计学等相关专业背景优先； 2、具有良好的结构化思维，数据敏感度高；具有敏锐的需求洞察和抽象能力，能从复杂业务逻辑中发现问题本质，找到解决方案并推动落地； 3、沟通及团队协作能力强，责任心与执行力强； 4、自驱力强，有目标感，为了目标坚持不懈，敢于承担和挑战。
