1、基于LLM/VLM的Query理解、广告内容理解和相关性建模，提升搜索意图与广告供给之间的精准匹配能力； 2、面向文案、图片、视频等多模态素材的AIGC创意生成与优化，帮助广告主更高效地生产高质量创意内容； 3、探索GR技术在召回、粗排和排序链路中的应用，通过生成式建模提升系统泛化能力与推荐效率； 4、构建Content LRM，围绕内容语义、用户行为和广告目标进行统一建模，提升模型对复杂内容、长序列行为和多目标商业价值的理解能力； 5、探索面向广告链路的智能Agent技术，将规则制定、样本分析、效果诊断、策略优化和实验复盘等复杂流程沉淀为可观测、可反馈、可持续迭代的智能工作流，提升算法研发和业务优化效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等相关专业优先； 2、在人工智能领域会议上有发表论文或有深入研究经历者优先； 3、优秀的编码能力，熟悉C++和Python，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，出色的数据和问题分析能力； 4、有深度学习实战经验，有机器学习算法优化理论的研究经验，有大模型/搜索/推荐/广告相关领域经验； 5、良好的沟通协作能力，对技术有执着的追求和热爱，敢于突破，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步。
