1、结合财经业务诉求，开发财经各垂直场景的专用Agent，专注于解决通用Agent无法解决的金融业务相关数据问题，深度参与Harness各个环节落地（包括Agent框架/context管理/Memory机制/eval体系）； 2、了解前沿产品技术发展（LLM/Agent），开源领域的最佳实践，落地当前业务场景； 3、对各类模型（GPT/claude/ds/kimi）的能力和边界有认知，能在复杂场景融汇贯通，用到Memory/评估各个环节。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业； 2、深入理解计算机原理，有扎实的数据结构和算法基础； 3、对各类AI coding工具（CC/Codex）有深入的实践，有全流程loop的心得； 4、有求知欲，期望你是一个自驱的候选人，对追求AGI有自己的想法。
