1、深度分析全球内容平台（短剧、小说、电影、漫画等）产品，敏锐洞察用户需求，推演内容行业趋势，持续探索业务突破点，为业务管理层提供决策支持； 2、深入数据，与分析师、用户研究团队紧密配合，开展专项研究，从海量信息中定位业务问题，制定市场策略； 3、深入业务，与产品、运营、推荐、市场、UG等团队并肩作战，定义目标、拆解路径，推动关键项目落地，并能够在跨团队复杂项目中起到牵头作用。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、深度思考能力强，专注、爱思辨，对内容行业有较高的热情；是内容深度用户的候选人加分； 3、执行力强，能够高效联动跨团队资源独立推动项目落地； 4、数据敏感，熟悉Excel、SQL等数据工具；有独立搭建AI Agent能力的候选人加分。
