日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、制定数据驱动的最佳履约策略，确保用户优质体验、满意度和忠诚度； 2、根据用户反馈、用户行为等数据分析问题、找到责任主体，与算法团队、产品团队、治理团队共创解决方案，降低差体验发生率； 3、探索新的履约模式，寻找优质体验与商家成本的最佳平衡点，设计各类线上线下实验、验证新模式的收益，通过更优质的购物体验，提升用户转化率、留存率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计学、经济学、数据分析相关专业优先； 2、有O2O、本地生活、电商、战略咨询、卖家风险、商家运营实习经历，保证在岗实习时长超过3个月； 3、具备较强数据分析能力，熟练使用查询和分析工具并进行数据分析（如SQL、Python）； 4、具备战略思维、项目管理和沟通能力，有能力管理和推动复杂的项目，并影响多个跨职能团队； 5、积极主动、独立、有上进心，能够快速成长，并处理多线程任务。
