1、与SaaS/To B业务结合，完成专项数据分析，协助数据架构和数仓模型搭建、异动归因、BI构建、埋点建设等工作； 2、学习前沿的AI技术，深度参与业务团队日常工作，通过数据挖掘业务问题，协同团队搭建AI工具提效； 3、归纳业务常用数据需求，通过通用型方案解决共性问题； 4、熟悉字节跳动数据平台产品，面向业务团队推广常用数据工具，提升团队数据应用能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、应用数学、计算机等理工科专业优先； 2、对数据敏感，对数据类工作有高度热情； 3、精通SQL，接触过类Tableau工具优先； 4、沟通能力与理解力：对接众多一线需求方，快速理解需求，并与需求方对齐交付时间与内容； 5、归纳整合能力：面对零散的取数需求，能够归纳出更多通用性方案； 6、可全职实习6个月，每周4天半以上。
