1、参与金融业务和风控场景的核心模型建设，如反欺诈模型、信贷风险模型、响应模型、画像标签、预测模型，自动化攻防等，通过前沿算法不断提升优化模型性能，促进业务发展； 2、参与并负责从数据挖掘、特征工程、算法设计，模型调优到部署上线的全流程工作，根据实际业务场景需求完成模型的工程化落地与迭代； 3、探索前沿AI技术在风控业务中的应用与落地，设计并搭建风控领域Agent核心技能原子模块，构建具备推理、协同能力的Agentic AI风控能力。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、统计学、数据科学、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、掌握LR/XGB/LGBM/Uplift建模等机器学习算法，熟悉LSTM/Transformer/MMoE等深度学习算法原理，掌握大模型Prompt框架设计与优化方法； 3、熟悉Linux操作系统与Python编程，熟练掌握深度学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch等）、大模型Agent框架（LangChain/LangGraph等），对数据结构、算法设计有深刻理解，具备良好的代码编写与调试能力; 4、对AI技术、智能风控领域有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的逻辑思维能力、问题分析与解决能力；具备良好的学习能力、执行力和跨部门沟通能力，有责任心，乐于探索新技术、解决新问题。

加分项： 1、有数据挖掘、机器学习、NLP、大模型微调/应用相关实际项目经验（课程设计、科研项目、竞赛、实习均可）者优先。
