1、负责数据中心交换机硬件系统设计，芯片选型、设计、调试、量产等各个阶段硬件相关工作，跟踪和解决全生命周期内硬件相关的技术问题； 2、负责沟通收集字节跳动数据中心对交换机的需求，判断技术演进，根据内部需要，选择合适的技术路线和技术方案； 3、管理自研交换机项目，保障产品硬件按期实现并满足可靠性和一致性要求； 4、管理生产产线，确保产品顺利上量及量产质量； 5、参与硬件相关的技术预研和技术积累工作。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子等相关专业优先； 2、有过两代及以上数据中心交换机硬件系统设计和调试经验； 3、熟悉数据中心主流交换芯片，熟悉数据中心网络交换机电路设计、系统调试、电源和信号完整性、热设计等； 4、具备熟练的产品研发流程管理能力，可应对各类硬件产品的开发、试制和转产。
