1、结合公司福利理念与业务发展需求，支持商业保险相关员工福利方案的设计、优化及落地评估； 2、统筹商业保险福利项目全生命周期管理，包括供应商招标采购与续约、SLA管理、流程搭建、系统优化及员工沟通方案设计，保障重点项目高质量落地； 3、负责商业保险项目日常运营，涵盖供应商服务管理、特殊案例处理、参保与费用管理、福利宣传沟通及系统工具优化，不断提升员工体验与运营效率； 4、推动福利运营流程及关键指标的标准化建设，开展数据分析与复盘，主动识别运营问题和优化机会，促进跨团队协同改进，因工作需要安排的其他运营或项目工作； 5、配合完成员工福利满意度调研及其他相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，1-3年数据处理与分析相关工作经验； 2、具备较强的数据处理与分析能力； 3、自驱力强，善于主动发现问题并推动解决，结果导向； 4、逻辑清晰，具备良好的书面与口头表达能力； 5、有较强的服务意识和跨团队协作能力； 6、有AI应用经验、供应商管理经验及英语能作为工作语言者优先。
