1、负责巨量星图平台短视频\直播相关的内容治理工作，包括不限于内容治理规则、识别和处置策略，保障平台内容生态安全健康； 2、结合用户举报、不喜欢等负向反馈识别风险，结合数据洞察和案例研判，发现内容问题，明确治理目标； 3、熟悉治理的链路和方法，设计体系化治理策略，面对风险及业务变化及时调整策略，联动上下游团队提升整体治理能力； 4、协同产品、中台等团队，研判和优化治理执行尺度，确保执行效果满足治理预期； 5、收集和解读相关政策、舆情、行业动向、用户反馈等信号，输出标准和执行改善意见； 6、关注行业管控政策调整，根据业务需求及时制定相关管控规划。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网平台内容治理、审核策略等相关工作经验； 2、对内容风险有一定的敏感度，具备一定的数据分析技能，能挖掘、定位和预判内容风险，前置规避； 3、对政策、舆情、社会热点等信号有较强的敏感度，对平台管控尺度和策略有较强的判断力； 4、有良好的资源协调和沟通能力，有跨部门多方密切配合的经验和意识，能够协调多方资源推动项目落地； 5、具备较强的适应能力，工作上有强烈的责任感与使命感，能够自我驱动不断提升。
