1、带领40-60人业务团队，负责本地生活餐饮类目的存量中小商家在抖音的线上运营服务； 2、负责团队业绩管理，结合账号基建、团购优化、短视频及直播引流、产品及营销活动适配等业务动作，通过目标拆解、过程跟踪与流程制度优化，确保团队成员完成商家GMV提升、商家满意度等业绩目标； 3、负责本地生活餐饮/综合/酒旅类目深耕，立足负责类目深入挖掘商家需求和潜力，利用公司资源或专项带领团队打造标杆案例和类目通用方法论，实现批量化商家自运营能力提升和GMV层级提升； 4、负责及时反馈有关市场及行业情况，为调研分析、产品优化、业务决策等提供信息和数据支持，改善本地生活餐饮中小商家在抖音的经营环境； 5、负责团队建设与人才培养，以身作则践行企业文化及领导力原则，营造团队良好氛围、做到人员差异化管理，持续培养、输出专业人才和管理人才。

1、本科及以上学历，具备本地生活服务类/O2O平台经验者优先； 2、有5年及以上运营经验，有3年及以上团队管理经验，擅长通过目标管理、人员业绩辅导、团队激励及文化打造、内外部资源协调等管理动作带领团队达成业绩目标； 3、具备系统思考、策略制定、强执行落地能力，能沉淀业务方法论； 4、有敏锐的市场意识，对业务发展趋势有前置判断，富有行业兴趣； 5、拥有始终创业的精神，强烈的进取心，乐观豁达，富有研究、深度思考精神。
