1、负责多模态大模型AIGC/LLM/VLM服务部署、推理优化、工程提效、应用落地等，保障系统的高可用和低成本； 2、与算法和业务侧产品研发团队合作，确保高标准的产品顺利交付，包括但不限于AI特效、AI编辑、AI人像、多模态创作Agent等； 3、参与AI新技术的预研和落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能相关专业优先； 2、技术基础扎实，精通Python/Go/C++等至少一种开发语言，能熟练使用CodeX/ClaudeCode等AI辅助工具； 3、掌握后端基础技术，如架构、协议、存储、中间件等，有分布式高并发系统开发经验者优先； 4、了解AIGC/LLM/VLM算法原理，熟悉ComfyUI/vLLM/SGLang等，有多模态大模型GPU部署和优化经验者优先； 5、了解AI Agent相关技术栈，如Harness/Tool Calling等，有多模态创作Agent开发经验者优先； 6、对新技术有强烈的兴趣，具有良好的学习能力、责任心及团队合作精神，有较强的分析和解决问题的能力。
