1、负责抖音生活服务补贴策略（发券/卖券）相关产品规划与迭代推进，设计发券策略、券包售卖政策、领券策略，引导用户购买习惯，提高用户支付渗透和用户频次； 2、深入了解行业主流补贴策略玩法，结合生活服务用户需求与供给现状，持续优化人群筛选、补贴金额和券包优惠等核心策略，找到人货钱匹配的最优方案，保障补贴策略的平台增量效果和商家体验； 3、从用户增长需求出发，打造满足平台钱效约束下，兼顾平台增量和商家体验的补贴策略方案，推进算法技术团队的合作开发。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、经济学、商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、对数据敏感，具备较强的整体规划、数据分析及逻辑能力，具备强烈的好奇心和自驱力； 3、具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，能与运营、研发、数据科学及业务团队高效合作，推动项目落地； 4、熟悉补贴、营销策略机制，包括但不限于发券策略、卖券玩法、用户分层、ROI优化等逻辑； 5、有策略产品、补贴产品和本地生活、电商、用户增长等相关实习经验优先。
