团队介绍：内容消费与非闭环营销技术团队，服务内容消费和非闭环营销行业数十万客户和十亿级用户。其中，内容消费行业包括游戏、小游戏、短剧、小说、社交与工具等行业，非闭环营销行业包括平台电商、引流电商等行业。内容消费与非闭环营销围绕客户深转、ROI等本质诉求，构建了完整的产品矩阵，知名产品有UBA/UBP自动化产品、深转ROI1\ROI7产品等。研发团队主要通过技术手段支持行业的收入和市占提升，工作内容包括：投放策略优化（出价、自动化）、模型优化（深度延迟和稀疏转化建模、序列建模、Large Recommend Model等）、流量和体验策略优化（ROI3产品、推荐广告融合、多目标建模等）、AI内容理解和生成（多模态模型、营销创意&剧集生成等）、定价和权益激励策略优化（智能定价、QCPX等）、海量创意自动化托管投放架构（DPA）、新产品开发等。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、模型算法：负责非闭环电商召回、粗排、精排等模块的CTR、CVR、LTR、GMV等模型优化工作，使用DIN、SIM、Transformer、Scaling、LRM等技术持续提升这些模型效果，从而提升非闭环电商收入； 2、出价算法：负责非闭环电商出价优化工作，包括下单出价、支付ROI出价、UBX自动化高维组合出价等相关产品的出价优化工作，使用PID等控制学理论、监督学习、强化学习等技术提升出价效果，从而提升非闭环电商收入； 3、自动化算法：负责非闭环电商自动化投放优化工作，包括自动化新建计划、自动化关停计划、素材创意自动化生产、组合等工作，使用增益建模、监督学习、强化学习、AIGC等技术提升自动化投放效果，从而提升非闭环电商收入； 4、投放策略：负责非闭环电商投放策略相关工作，包括DPA投放、用户体验、大促策略、新品拓品策略、新客策略等优化工作，需要深入理解业务，配合产品设计线上策略，优化客户投广效果和体验。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机/自动化/运筹学/统计学等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的机器学习/深度学习/运筹优化理论和实践经验，熟悉深度学习算法（CNN/RNN/LSTM/MTL等）； 3、熟悉至少一种主流深度学习编程框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow等），熟悉其底层架构和实现机制； 4、有扎实的编程基础，良好的编程风格和工作习惯，熟练掌握C/C++，Java，Python等至少一门语言； 5、有激情、勇于接受挑战、乐于挑战，具有良好的团队合作意识、理解沟通能力以及独立解决问题的能力。

加分项 1、在广告、推荐、搜索、增长营销等大规模业务上有过一定的优化经验； 2、在会议（CCF-A类，如ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、AAAI、IJCAI、KDD、RecSys、SIGIR等）上发表过论文； 3、有过深度学习编程框架开源社区经验。
