日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：直播团队负责为抖音集团提供直播服务。团队负责直播平台技术和直播业务研发，打造灵活稳定的直播服务平台，为用户提优质直播体验，支持电商、本地生活、游戏、节目、多人互动等不同类型的业务场景。直播业务发展迅猛，处于行业头部地位，业务发展空间巨大。现在加入我们，和优秀的人一起做有挑战的事，你的技术与创意将影响亿级用户，激发创意和丰富生活。

1、负责直播AI互动体验创作与消费场景的开发，包括直播礼物、特效、美化、画质等AI效果迭代； 2、对接抖音直播业务，理解业务需求，提供解决方案和技术支持； 3、参与抖音直播引擎开发迭代，优化直播性能和用户体验，优化引擎资源使用效率、调度、响应速度等； 4、参与抖音直播工具开发迭代，通过能力工具化建设互动开放供给； 5、跟踪业务/技术发展趋势，评估新技术对业务的影响和应用价值，并推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备扎实的计算机理论基础，熟悉常见的数据结构和算法，优秀的编码、代码控制能力，良好的设计能力和编程习惯；熟练掌握C++，有图形学相关基础知识； 3、具备良好的学习能力、自我驱动力和抗压能力； 4、熟悉Lua、JS语言者优先； 5、熟悉DirectX/OpenGLES/WebGL/Metal等底层图形库，了解现代图形API、熟悉TBDR架构、GPU程序性能优化方法优先； 6、有移动端开发经验优先级、了解移动端Soc架构及特点，对计算机体系结构有深入理解优先。
