1、增长策略设计：深入参与拉新、激活、留存及转化等环节的策略制定，设计包括社交传播、激励体系、渠道承接在内的增长玩法； 2、数据分析与归因：监控核心指标（如DAU、次日留存、ROI等），建立科学的指标拆解体系，针对波动进行深度异常归因分析，并输出可落地的优化方案； 3、实验与迭代：负责A/B Testing的全流程管理，从假设推演、方案设计到数据复盘，驱动产品持续快速迭代； 4、埋点与标准化：负责增长相关业务的埋点需求设计，追求高复用率与标准化的埋点方案，确保数据采集的准确性与合规性； 5、跨职能协同：与运营、研发、数据分析及市场团队紧密配合，确保增长项目的高质高效落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具有一线产品实习背景，有增长、策略或电商相关经验者优先，有AI相关项目或实习经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，熟练掌握SQL等工具者加分，能够从海量数据中洞察业务本质； 4、具备敏锐的用户洞察力，能够运用MECE原则进行复杂的指标拆解与业务分析； 5、自我驱动力、执行力，沟通顺畅，对电商增长领域充满热情； 6、熟悉AI技术趋势，具备运用大模型工具（如LLM、AIGC等）提升工作效率及探索业务增长新路径的能力。
