日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：直播国际化团队致力于创造以人为核心的实时互动场景，服务字节跳动的国际化产品。

1、通过对阿拉伯及土耳其区域直播内容打标，分析用户消费心理，总结主播内容特点，完成主播内容质量识别和分级； 2、每日通过日会进行标准对齐，总结影响消费质量关键因素； 3、协助产出内容质量分析报告，定位主播内容质量问题，产出内容质量提升方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，汉语国际教育相关专业优先； 2、精通英语和阿拉伯语或土耳其语，中文表达流利加分； 3、日常观看抖音等内容产品，对内容有个人理解和洞察，可以抽象出用户消费原因； 4、每周可到岗4天及以上，每天8小时公司线下实习，连续实习时间3个月起。
