1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济学、统计学等相关专业； 2、3年以上的信贷业务风险管理经验，对消费贷，现金贷，供应链金融等领域的风险管理有实践； 3、具备扎实的风险管理知识和技能，熟悉风险评估和风险控制的方法和流程； 4、具备良好的数据分析和统计能力，能够熟练使用风险管理工具和软件； 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能够与业务部门和其他相关部门密切合作； 6、良好的英语听说读写能力，能够使用英语作为工作语言。
