日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与机器人AI平台的产品规划、建设与迭代，协助梳理产品能力、业务流程和典型应用场景； 2、参与客户交流、用户调研和行业研究，结合产品分析、产品数据及用户反馈，识别真实痛点和潜在需求； 3、将业务需求和技术约束转化为清晰的产品方案及需求文档，协同研发、算法、设计等团队推进功能落地； 4、深入理解机器人仿真、数据处理、模型训练、评测与部署等关键流程，参与产品技术方案讨论与评审，协助开展功能测试、技术验证和产品验收，能够通过基础代码、脚本或相关工具定位问题，并推动问题闭环； 5、跟踪产品上线效果和用户反馈，分析产品使用情况，持续推动产品功能与使用体验优化；参与产品培训、操作手册和最佳实践等内容建设，为用户提供技术产品支持，帮助用户高效使用平台。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业优先； 2、对技术产品工作有兴趣，具备良好的用户视角，能够理解需求并将复杂问题拆解为清晰、可执行的产品方案； 3、对机器人或具身智能技术体系有一定认知，理解机器人仿真、数据采集、模型训练、评测或部署中的部分环节； 4、对ROS、机器人仿真平台或相关训练工具有一定动手经验，能够理解基本技术架构和研发方案； 5、具备基础代码能力，能够使用Python完成简单的数据处理、脚本编写、接口调试或功能验证，不要求算法研究级别的开发能力； 6、逻辑清晰，具备良好的问题分析、文档表达、沟通协调和团队协作能力，主动性强，愿意深入技术细节和真实用户场景，能够协同多方推动问题解决，每周可到岗5天者优先，能够连续实习优先。

加分项 1、对具身智能、机器人或AI产品有持续兴趣，对行业发展、技术趋势和典型应用场景有一定理解； 2、有机器人、具身智能、AI平台、开发者工具、云计算或To B产品相关实习、科研或项目经历； 3、有ROS、Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、Gazebo等机器人开发或仿真工具的实践经验； 4、了解强化学习、模仿学习、机器人数据采集或模型训练流程，并完成过相关课程或项目； 5、有用户调研、产品分析、需求文档撰写、功能测试或跨团队项目推进经验； 6、能够从技术可行性和用户价值两个角度分析问题，对"如何把技术能力转化为好用的产品"有自己的思考。
