1、作为抖音研发与测试方向的内控BP，结合产品研发职能定位、研发测试流程、业务平台系统及数据生命周期管理，系统识别、评估并持续跟踪相关风险； 2、结合业务目标与风险影响，平衡风险和效率，设计适配的流程、制度、规范或系统方案，并推动落地； 3、开展风险相关数据的排查与监控，通过异常数据、行为数据等识别风险场景，持续完善风险监控和自动化识别机制； 4、参与重大项目及高风险领域治理，在事前、事中提供风险研判和应对建议，推动风险管控方案落地并跟进整改闭环。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、具备以下任一背景：研发/测试产品研发工作经验，并有意向转型内控；或具备IT审计、IT内控相关经验，理解研发测试的实际运转方式； 3、能在研发语言、业务语言和风险语言之间进行理解和转换； 4、对业务漏洞和异常数据敏感，具备数据分析、风险识别及方案设计能力； 5、主动性和推动力强，能独立判断问题，协调多方推动解决方案落地。
