1、负责生活服务各行业框架政策及商家激励策略的制定，落地执行，建立监控机制并提出优化建议； 2、完成标准框架的审批流转、业务侧与商家侧的问题答疑，推动流程优化，提升协作效率； 3、深入分析业务问题，产出分析报告，提出有建设性的建议，结合产品和运营等能力落地并持续跟进，推动业务增长； 4、参与商家激励效果的数据分析与复盘，沉淀执行方法论，为后续策略迭代提供数据支撑。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备较强的框架分析能力，能快速理解复杂的业务体系，善于搭建清晰的逻辑框架拆解问题，有良好的结构化思维和归纳演绎能力； 3、具备较强的学习能力、独立思考能力、沟通协调能力与自驱力，擅长跨部门协作，能高效整合内外部资源推进项目落地； 4、有基础数据分析能力（Excel/SQL优先），以数据结果为导向，能通过数据梳理业务逻辑、定位问题并制定相应策略； 5、抖音深度使用者，对直播全流程有清晰了解者优先，逻辑清晰； 6、每周出勤5天，可实习4个月以上者优先。
