1、通过掌握国际化短视频市场趋势，负责广告创意的全链路方案产出并落地，包括目标地区素材分析、达人合作、拍摄及非拍摄素材支持； 2、了解其他产品的趋势和内容，挖掘创意策略，深入对广告素材内容的拆解和分析，产出优质广告内容和创意方案； 3、数据导向跟踪并总结广告投放结果，在执行和数据追踪中，不断探索并根据目标定期复盘、优化及解决执行和数据结果中发现的问题； 4、高效利用资源，应对多项目并行，与团队配合按时提供高质量策略及反馈。

1、本科及以上学历在读，广告/设计/传媒/市场营销等专业优先； 2、有海外投放素材/广告/海外社媒运营相关工作经验优先，英语可作为工作语言； 3、创意能力、数据和内容分析能力强，能够做到数据导向，并拆解分析爆款素材； 4、能力优秀者不受限制； 5、具备优秀的沟通调节能力，项目进度管理能力优先。
