日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责销售绩效考核的日常执行工作，包括考核目标值在系统中的录入、维护与调整； 2、负责周期业绩数据的拉取、核算与验收，跟业务方对数、处理考核口径异议； 3、负责考核流程在内部系统的配置，包括规则调整、审批流维护、权限变更与记录； 4、维护日常业绩监控表，协助更新周报、月报、业绩快报等数据报告，配合处理业务同学关于业绩、提成、目标进度的查询。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可到岗4天以上、连续实习3个月以上优先，Excel熟练（VLOOKUP、数据透视表必会），会写SQL加分，会Python更好但不强制； 3、细心、专注力强，对数字敏感，沟通能力强； 4、对电商商业化业务有基本兴趣，逻辑清楚，能快速理解考核规则并照章执行。
