ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动质量团队作为公司质量保障体系的核心力量，覆盖Trae、Coze、开发者服务、语音等多个业务关键领域，通过建设和提供更高效的质量保障方案、技术、工具以及业务自动化保障服务，为公司业务稳健发展提供坚实保障。 当前，我们聚焦用 AI 重构测试流程、提升研发效能，探索从 “自动化” 到 “智能化” 的质量保障新路径。我们坚信，AI 将彻底改变测试行业的底层逻辑，欢迎加入，与我们一同突破技术边界，定义下一代质量保障模式，推动行业变革！

1、负责字节跳动人工智能产品线，站在用户视角构建端到端的算法效果评测体系； 2、深入业务结合业务需求痛点，设计完备的算法效果质量保障、评测方案；构建合理且置信的标准化评测体系，解决业务评测效率和效果问题； 3、推动通用人工智能评测方案的升级迭代，逐步推广至公司内的商业化平台。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机/人工智能相关专业优先； 2、对技术和基础原理有执着追求，善于用各种手段解决问题；熟悉各类业界主流的人工智能相关的平台特性，具备平台开发经验&能力；熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、OC、C、C++、Python、Go、PHP； 3、了解NLP、神经网络、生成式语言大模型等基本原理，有过AI类产品算法评测经验最佳； 4、对业界人工智能领域保持高度热情。
