1、负责大模型业务雇主品牌调研工作，了解雇主品牌和模型技术影响力的竞争变化，洞察目标人才认知，识别品牌优劣势及关键问题，为下一年的年度策略与叙事提供输入； 2、负责业务舆情的日常监测、行业信息收集、风险预警与案例处理，及时识别关键问题，可以输出应对建议，协同相关团队，推动问题高效解决； 3、负责主要社交媒体的SEO优化管理，关注关键词下的内容呈现； 4、支持部分传播内容的审核与优化，确保表达质量与一致性。

1、本科及以上学历，新闻传播、公共关系、市场营销、中文、社会学、心理学、管理学，或理工科与传播复合背景优先； 2、有5年及以上雇主品牌、舆情管理、公关传播、品牌策略或相关岗位经验，有舆情监测及处理、危机管理、社交媒体内容治理等相关经验者优先； 3、具备较强的研究分析能力，有数据敏感度，能提炼洞察，独立完成信息整理、报告撰写和基础数据分析等工作； 4、熟悉主流社交媒体的舆情传播机制，具备一定的舆情风险识别与处理能力； 5、具备较好的文字表达与内容判断能力，可以支持传播内容的输出与审核； 6、有跨团队协作经验，具备处理多线程任务的能力。
