1、参与UGC运营工作，结合用户洞察，挖掘站内外内容趋势提炼内容点，牵引用户参与； 2、支持UGC相关活动和社群运营，包括活动策划上线、作者预埋、作者激励、数据反馈等； 3、参与日常运营相关数据分析等工作，结合数据定位和分析问题并产出结论； 4、参与内容标准制定与画风评估等工作，推动标准的迭代与画风质量的校准等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、逻辑清晰，善于沟通，面对群体沟通有方法有技巧；执行力强，有较强的结果导向意识和时间管理能力； 3、学习理解能力强，沟通顺畅，能快速上手，有平台作者运营、内容运营、策略运营经验者优先； 4、有网感及较好的用户洞察，对内容有广泛涉猎和浓厚兴趣； 5、一周工作至少三天以上、能够实习4个月以上优先。
