日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：人力与管理部作为公司的职能部门之一，助力字节跳动从一家创业公司发展成为拥有超过十万名员工的全球化公司。人力与管理部以“释放人才成长力，激发组织生命力”为使命，在组织、人才、文化等方面持续像打造产品一样打造公司，推动业务成长。

1、参与团队内部文化建设，通过动效/MG动画/宣传片/栏目等形式，营造组织氛围，传播文化理念； 2、负责团队内外品牌传播视频物料的创意策划、脚本设计与后期制作，创意形式包括但不限于采访纪录片、TVC、Motion Graphics动画等形式； 3、与团队内部整体目标对齐，参与团队内的各大创意项目，从视觉创意的角度来解决相应问题；完成跨团队的协同沟通，提供活动宣传物料的设计支持，并能有细节探索精神，持续优化设计方案，为雇主品牌提供视觉化包装方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，编导专业、数字媒体艺术专业等动画及影视制作相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握PR剪辑软件、AE/Motion/C4D等动效合成软件、PS/AI等设计软件、有扎实的美术功底、对颜色、排版、字体、动效、音乐具有良好的把控力和审美力； 3、可以高标准协作完成视频的编导创意与制作，对创意视频有自己的深刻理解和浓厚的兴趣； 4、具备视频剪辑和视频包装等后期制作能力； 5、热爱多元化的创意表达，热爱年轻文化，注重作品细节和品质感，对自己的工作能够有高标准高要求； 6、具备优秀的沟通和协作能力，富有创新精神。
