1、本科及以上学历，有1年左右校园关系、高校合作或人才猎聘等相关经验者优先； 2、沟通协调能力出色，能够高效对接多方需求；工作态度严谨细致，具备高度责任心与自驱意识，主动推进工作开展； 3、擅长多线程任务并行处理，具备较好的问题解决能力； 4、满足以下任一条件者优先考虑：对前沿技术领域有兴趣或具备敏锐洞察力；有活动全流程策划与落地经验；掌握全球高校资源；出色的数据分析能力；英文流利。
