1、统筹产品发布会、城市创新巡展等重大市场活动的创意视频制作，从前期创意策划、脚本撰写到拍摄指导、CG制作、后期剪辑，全程把控，确保视频内容精准传递产品核心能力，实现品牌高势能曝光； 2、主导火山引擎品牌/产品视频体系建设，策划并制作具备火山引擎品牌辨识度的系列视频，统一视频视觉调性与叙事风格，提升品牌在科技领域的影响力与美誉度； 3、管理视频制作全流程，熟悉CG制作，协调内外部资源，保障项目高效推进，按时按质完成交付； 4、关注视频行业新技术、新趋势，引入先进的拍摄手法、剪辑技术与视觉呈现方式，持续提升视频制作水准。

1、本科及以上学历，影视制作、广告学、新闻学等相关专业优先，5年以上导演/制片工作经验，有成功打造品牌视频案例者优先； 2、熟悉品牌视频制作全流程，包括前期调研、创意策划、拍摄/CG执行、后期制作及上线推广等环节，具备优秀的项目管理能力； 3、具备敏锐的创意洞察力和独特的导演视角，能够将品牌理念与产品卖点转化为极具吸引力的视频内容，作品富有创意与感染力； 4、熟练掌握视频拍摄、剪辑相关软件及设备，如Premiere、After Effects、Final Cut Pro等，对画面构图、色彩搭配、音效设计有出色的把控能力； 5、有强烈的好奇心与责任感，抗压能力强，愿意深入产品底层理解业务，推动品牌成为业务增长驱动的一环。
