日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、面向豆包、抖音、电商、生活服务等，建设高质量地理位置能力，参与路网数据生产体系建设，打造大模型驱动的下一代路网数据生产能力，为AI Agent提供精准的现实世界空间数据底座，支撑全业务场景的出行与位置服务需求； 2、参与路网数据全链路生产系统的工程开发与性能优化，覆盖资料采集、路网生成、路网变更、数据质检、母库存储管理等全流程，在导师指导下理解并实践系统的高可用性、可扩展性与服务稳定性建设； 3、参与AI+LBS方向的创新探索，与团队共同关注下一代AI+地图产品形态与技术架构，沉淀前沿领域工程经验，深度推动大模型与路网生产业务的融合落地，实践RAG知识库/Agent工具链在路网要素提取、变更推理、语义维护等场景的应用，持续提升生产自动化率和人工生产效率； 4、团队全面拥抱AI，鼓励并支持将AI深度融入研发流程，覆盖代码生成、文档编写、方案设计、问题排查等日常工作，实习生亦可参与大模型与路网生产业务的融合探索，实践AI驱动的全栈研发模式。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信、地理信息系统（GIS）、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握Golang、Java、Python、C++中至少一种，有实际项目开发经验者优先； 3、掌握良好的数据结构与算法基础，了解操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等计算机基础原理；了解常见存储系统与中间件（如MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、Elasticsearch、Kafka等）的基本原理，有相关实践经历者优先； 4、热爱技术，具备较强的学习能力和自驱力，对新技术有好奇心，能够主动思考并解决问题； 5、对AI技术有热情，愿意主动拥抱新工具和新范式；熟悉AI辅助研发流程，或具备AI项目、大模型应用开发经验者优先； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，实习时长不少于3个月（6个月及以上优先）。
