1、负责文本生成模型训练相关的数据收集、标注和整理； 2、负责大模型生成内容的效果评估，改进生成内容质量； 3、对用户体验敏锐，收集LLM用户反馈，帮助垂类业务LLM产品落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机，英语，哲学，统计学相关专业优先； 2、具有良好的英语听写能力和沟通能力； 3、对AI有热情，对海内外的AI产品有了解和使用，了解基础的大模型训练原理； 4、热爱直播，有直播内容和玩法有一定了解； 5、具有一定的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力，能够独立思考。
