ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：财经业务依托抖音集团的流量优势和领先的基础技术能力，通过“抖音支付”“抖音月付”“放心借”以及退货运费险等产品，为广大个人用户、企业和机构提供支付、消费金融和保险经纪等金融科技服务。

1、深度参与PB级海量数据处理项目，覆盖支付、消费金融、保险等业务场景； 2、协助构建分层数据仓库（ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS），参与维度表、事实表设计与优化； 3、负责离线ETL流程开发与维护，实现数据抽取、清洗、转换、加载全流程自动化； 4、优化SQL查询性能，解决数据倾斜、存储成本高等问题，保障数据处理效率； 5、参与数据质量监控与治理体系建设，制定数据校验规则，输出数据质量报告，解决数据乱序、重复、延迟等问题； 6、支持业务部门及算法团队数据需求，协助搭建核心指标体系，沉淀数据字典与血缘关系文档，配合实现特征工程实时化，支持在线模型推理的数据需求。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数据科学、软件工程、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Python/Java/Scala），具备扎实的编程基础与代码规范； 3、精通SQL编写与优化；了解大数据技术栈（Hadoop/Spark/Hive），有Flink/Kafka使用经验者优先； 4、熟悉Linux操作系统，具备基本的Shell脚本编写能力； 5、具备良好的逻辑思维、问题分析与跨团队沟通能力，责任心强、积极主动； 6、实习时长≥3个月，每周出勤≥4天，能持续稳定实习者优先。
