1、面向巨量星图推荐/Agent算法工作，聚焦大语言模型、强化学习、推荐算法等方向，理解前沿模型和训练方法，将研究问题抽象为可验证的算法问题，在真实业务场景中持续迭代模型效果； 2、扎实的大模型与机器学习理论基础，运用大语言模型SFT、RLHF/DPO/GRPO等对齐技术，结合强化学习算法与智能体（Agent）架构设计，落地技术解决方案； 3、利用业界技术手段，持续优化深度转化模型，极致提升LTV、付费率、留存率的预估准确度，助力业务增长； 4、运用前沿AIGC和多模态算法，针对业务实际场景及卡点问题，设计智能化解决方案并封装智能化产品形态，提升业务效率； 5、具备处理大规模异构数据的工程能力，运用Python及PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架及大模型分布式训练工具，支撑算法落地与迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的大模型与机器学习理论基础，熟悉大语言模型SFT、RLHF/DPO/GRPO等对齐技术，深度掌握强化学习算法与智能体（Agent）架构设计； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉Python及PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架及大模型分布式训练工具，能处理大规模异构数据； 4、熟悉机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、数据挖掘中一项或多项，了解广告业务相关模型与策略者优先；在ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、ACL、AAAI等相关顶级会议/期刊发表论文者优先； 5、具有出色的逻辑拆解能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力，热衷于解决真实商业场景中的复杂决策问题，能够将数学理论转化为可落地的算法方案； 6、对技术有热情，具备良好的跨领域协作精神、沟通表达能力和团队精神，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
